Hi! The definition is not entirely true, because the term Hóstát refers to a specific group of population from Cluj (Kolozsvár). They were living outside the city walls. The Mărăști quarter from today takes up only about 50-60% of the territory on which the Hóstát lives. They also live in other quarters mostly in the Bulgaria and Iris quarters.
