DataGuard is a Compliance software company focused on Data Privacy and Information Security (“InfoSec”). Their Privacy-as-a-Service solution includes the conduction of data protection audits, recommended actions, creation or review of records of processing activities, and technical and organisational measures. DataGuard also supports with ad-hoc requests such as resolving data breaches, and communication with supervising authorities. DataGuard's Privacy suite also includes a Consent Management System to help organisations manage preferences and consents in a single source of truth.

With InfoSec-as-a-Service, DataGuard supports clients on their way to successful ISO 27001 certifications or TISAX assessments by conducting gap and risk analyses and building up new or optimising existing Information Security Management Systems (ISMS). Since May 2022, their information security offering also includes pentesting.

Compliance-as-a-Service offers businesses of all sizes a digitised way of implementing the new EU Whistleblowing Directive.
