Competence Call Center

Competence Call Center (CCC) [1] is a European call center with more than 4,500 employees in 7 countries. [2] CCC operates at 11 locations in Vienna (headquarters), Berlin, Bratislava, Bucharest, Dresden, Essen, Istanbul, Leipzig, Paris and Zurich.

Competence Call Center was founded in Vienna on 1 July 1998[3] by Thomas Kloibhofer. In 2001 the opening of the location in Berlin represented the expansion outside of Austria’s borders. Since 2005, Competence Call Center has expanded into Switzerland, Slovakia, Romania, Turkey and France and opened four further locations in Germany.

Services of Competence Call Center include Incoming hotlines, outgoing campaigns, BPO, written customer communication (correspondence by email/chat/fax/letter) and training. CCC also provides customer service via social media, social media monitoring and responding support. [4]

CCC has received 41 Awards, including the “Best Customer Service Worldwide” with PAYBACK at the Contact Center World Awards 2011,the “Contact Center of the Year” Award for CCC Istanbul at the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service 2011 and the "Front-line Customer Service Team of the Year" Awards with Partner Samsung at the Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service 2013 [5].

In 2010 Competence Call Center received certification in accordance with the European Call Center Standard EN 15838 and the international quality standards ISO 9001 and ISO 10002.
